
MCSC runs the island’s local United Fund campaign, which is not affiliated with the larger United Ways on O‘ahu or Maui. In the annual campaign for fiscal year 20010-11, the campaign met its goal of raising $71,000. These funds were distributed to 29 local non-profit programs and schools, who served virtually all of the island’s residents:
